The first human voice after a quote request. You guide clients through vetted mover options, build their estimate, and close consultatively — warm inbound leads only, never cold lists. This is the role most of our team starts in.
Concierge Coordinator
Own the booked client all the way through move day: confirm details, field questions, and manage changes between the client and their mover so nothing falls through the cracks.
Mover Vetting & Quality Specialist
The gate before a mover joins the network. You verify USDOT/MC authority, FMCSA safety rating, insurance minimums, complaint history, and state licensing — the diligence that protects every client we serve.
Move Operations & Dispatch Coordinator
Manage live jobs across the mover network — catch coverage gaps before they become problems and coordinate move-day escalations so clients and movers stay in sync.
Customer Success Representative
The post-move relationship: proactive check-ins, claim guidance, dispute resolution, and reviews. You make sure the experience ends as well as it started.

It depends on the role. The Moving Sales Consultant role is commission-based and uncapped — what you make scales with the moves you help book, with no ceiling on top performers. Do I need moving-industry or sales experience?
For the sales and concierge roles, no prior moving-industry experience is required and formal sales experience is a plus rather than a must — we provide training. The operations, vetting, and content roles look for relevant experience. What matters across the board: you are self-motivated, you communicate clearly and warmly, you are reliable, and you have a quiet space and stable internet.
