MoverOS Sales & Success Consultant
You're the person who helps a real moving company finally trust software. You reach out to established movers, walk the owner through MoverOS in plain language, get their team running real jobs on it within the first week, and stay the person they call when something needs fixing. Relationship-first work — not a script, not a call center.
Every day, moving companies across the United States still run on sticky notes, group texts, and quotes that live in someone's head. MoverOS gives them their own branded quoting page, with every request landing with them the moment it comes in — plus lead capture and AI inventory when they're ready for it. Your job is to show a busy owner there's a better way, set them up without the tech headache, and stick around long enough that the switch feels worth it.
This is one role with two halves. First half: you call established moving companies and have a real conversation with the owner about what's slowing them down — then show them MoverOS. Second half: when they say yes, you walk them through setup yourself — including the owner who still prints invoices — until they're running real jobs on the platform within their first week. After that, you're their person. Not a help-desk ticket. You.
- Reach out to established moving companies and talk owners through what MoverOS actually does for their business — a conversation, not a script.
- Get every new company fully live — quoting and lead capture running on the platform — within their first week.
- Stay their go-to as they grow: questions, problems, and making sure the software keeps earning its place in their day.
You do not need a background in software sales or the moving industry. You do need to pick up the phone without flinching, listen before you pitch, keep a pipeline organized without someone watching over you, and walk a non-technical owner through something new without making them feel behind. If that's you, we teach the rest — real training and a guided playbook, not sink-or-swim.
This is fully remote independent-contractor work. You need a reliable connection and a quiet place to focus. Compensation is performance-based; the exact structure is covered during the interview so you can weigh it for yourself before you commit to anything.
