Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Your right, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and comparable U.S. state laws, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Last updated June 2, 2026.
What this means
California residents — and residents of other U.S. states with comparable privacy laws — may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
MovingRated does not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your email, name, or any directly identifying data to advertisers or affiliate networks. However, our use of Google AdSensemay set advertising cookies that, under the CPRA's broad definition, can constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. By default, MovingRated initialises Google Consent Mode v2 in the denied state, so advertising is non-personalised unless you affirmatively consent. The control below records an explicit opt-out for this browser and keeps advertising non-personalised.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request under the CCPA/CPRA, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and other state laws that recognise it. If your browser sends GPC (Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox with the GPC extension, and others), we treat it as a binding opt-out automatically — you do not need to use the control above.
Other ways to opt out of personalised advertising

- Digital Advertising Alliance (US): optout.aboutads.info
- Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org
Your other privacy rights
To exercise any other right — access, correction, deletion, or portability of the data tied to your email — email hello@movingrated.com with your request and the state where you reside. We respond within the timelines described in our Privacy Policy (45 days for U.S. state laws; California requests acknowledged within 10 business days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
For full detail on what we collect and how it is used, see the Privacy Policy — in particular the Advertising partners section.
